The agency was established in 1976 by a small group of parents who wanted to promote the independence of adults with developmental disabilities to live and work in the community. It has since evolved to provide quality flex housing, 24 hour living support, support for independent living, career planning and employment support. The philosophy of support is “filling in the gaps” to maximize each person’s skill and independence.
