Community Disability Services Practitioner/Worker

*Hiring for a variety of positions* These positions are font-line community disability services roles that have the responsibility to support and facilitate the development of skills and competencies that will assist persons with disabilities to pursue and fulfill their goals, objectives and aspirations. The successful candidate(s) must have a willingness and passion for supporting individuals who require behavioural support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to provide a broad range of general services to individuals with disabilities
• Positive attitude
• Criminal Record Check – required
• Reliable vehicle and experience driving for one year – required
