Rocky Support Services Society has an amazing team which is led by our frontline staff , they are enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of the individuals we support, ensuring they are valued members of their community. Our support staff use the “Fill in the Gap” strategy, creativity, and knowledge in supporting our clients with their aspirations and goals while fostering independence. We could not accomplish our goals or provide the services we do without the strength and commitment of our incredible frontline workers who are the foundation of the Rocky Support Services team.
